Finding a way to bring a strong positive thought into negative

circumstances created the idea of Stop Hearing Hate. Seeing the

changing of the seasons on the trees in New York is something I

like and cherish. Having the opportunity to do so was practically

difficult during the epidemic. Writing in a journal and noting all

the good in my life allowed me to see past the negative and

envision a brighter day.
